I started practicing yoga in 2014 and focused only on the physical aspect of it but even the physical part of yoga helped me with my mental health and carried me through tough life events such as divorce. Since then I started to embrace more meditation and pranayama to dive a little bit deeper and decided to get qualified as yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator in 2020/2021.

As I taught more and more people about benefits of movement, breath and meditation I realised I want to create my own method. This is when my psycho-somatic experiencing came into play.

I believe we have the power to release negative emotions and trauma through simple practices. I work with my clients on one to one basis to help them deal with the past and move forward into the brighter future.

In a group setting I teach how to self-help when experiencing anxiety and/or stress.

During my special retreats I take care of the whole group in a holistic way- from the place, food and company to everyday teachings and experiences.

I believe what I am bringing can help people become happier and calmer versions of themselves.
